Rug Doctors can be used to clean your carpets from dust and bacteria but are not recommended as a replacement to professional carpet cleaning or stain removal. This is because we complete a 3-point cleaning process that involves more than a hired low-cost carpet cleaning machine.

This depends on many factors including how many carpets, rugs or furniture require cleaning and what cleaning process we need to use. A typical clean can take between 2-6 hours.

Typically, we estimate normal carpets to dry within 1 to 2 hours once a clean has been completed. This depends on a number of conditions, however, such as how soiled your carpets were, and the indoor environment. Upholstery takes longer to dry than carpets.

All our detergents are child and pet-friendly. However as we do use chemicals during the cleaning process, we highly recommend children and pets stay away from cleaned items until fully dry.

CVC Carpet Cleaning is based in Loughborough. We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services across Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough and some parts of Derby. We do not cover city centres as we need parking.

Although we complete a very thorough cleaning process with the latest and most advanced equipment, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed during the cleaning process. This is because some stains permanently damage fibers in carpets and upholstery. We will identify any permanent damage during our inspection process and may recommend a specific spot and stain removal process (charged extra).

Depending on the type of item being cleaned we may use a range of professional cleaning products and solutions. These include solvents, powders, detergents, and other solutions. All our chemicals and solutions are manufactured to the highest possible standards for safety and quality purposes. Our standard cleaning shampoos are child and pet safe.

No, we do all the hard work for you including moving all practical furniture. (Except wired-in TV cabinets, heavy cabinets, and beds). We ask you to move small and valuable items off the floor before we come. The best bit is this is all included in the price.
