CVC clean both fabric upholstered settees and armchairs and leather sofas and chairs.  Our child safe and pet safe shampoo is specially formulated for upholstery cleaning and gives amazing results, removing dirt, oils, bodily fluids, grease from hair and pets etc.

Our workers are vetted, insured and trained to operate under our health and safety policy.  We value our reputation!

Leather chairs and sofas are not only cleaned but we also apply a conditioner to restore the leather after cleaning. Although we are highly successful at removing stains such as tea, coffee, food, wine, etc, we can not guarantee they will all come out.  

 Please note: not all fabric is suitable for a
shampoo clean, such as velvet or velour. (Please check
with the manufacturer if in doubt).

Please advise if you have tried to remove the stain with chemicals such as vanish or 2001 as this affects our cleaning

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning prices are listed under prices and range from £10 for a landing or hall, to £35 for a single-room lounge and £20 for a bedroom. We have a minimum charge of £40. All prices will be agreed upon before we commence any cleaning.

It is recommended that you professionally clean your carpets every 12-18 months to ensure maximum carpet life.

Rug Doctors can be used to thoroughly clean your carpets from dust and bacteria but are not recommended as a replacement to professional carpet cleaning or stain removal. This is because we complete a 3-point cleaning process that involves more than a hired low-cost carpet cleaning machine.

This depends on many factors including how many carpets, rugs or furniture require cleaning and what cleaning process we need to use. A typical clean can take between 2-6 hours.

Typically, we estimate normal carpets to dry within 1 to 2 hours once a clean has been completed. This depends on a number of conditions, however, such as how soiled your carpets were, and the indoor environment. Upholstery takes longer to dry than carpets.

All our detergents are child and pet-friendly. However as we do use chemicals during the cleaning process, we highly recommend children and pets stay away from cleaned items until fully dry.

Although we complete a very thorough cleaning process with the latest and most advanced
equipment, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed during the cleaning process. This is because some stains permanently damage fibers in carpets and upholstery. We will identify any permanent damage during our inspection process and may recommend a specific spot and stain removal process (charged extra).

Depending on the type of item being cleaned we may use a range of professional cleaning products and solutions. These include solvents, powders, detergents, and other solutions. All our chemicals and solutions are manufactured to the highest possible standards for safety and quality purposes.

No, we do all the hard work for you including moving and replacing your furniture. (Except wired-in TV cabinets, heavy cabinets, and beds). We ask you to move small and valuable items off the floor before we come. The best bit is this is all included in the price.
